Parish Announcements _OCTOBER 24 & 25, 2026

1. Every October, the Church celebrates Respect Life Month, reflecting on the dignity of every human life from conception to natural death. We renew our commitment to supporting pregnant mothers and fathers, protecting the vulnerable, and offering healing to those affected by abortion. To learn how you can support these efforts at St. Francis, please contact the parish office. 2. Angel Tree applications will be available at the parish office for families in need this Advent season. The last day to turn in applications has been extended to this Friday October 30th. This program is hosted by the St. Vincent de Paul Society. 3. All Souls Envelopes are now available. As we prepare for All Souls Day, we invite you to share the names of those you wish to remember. We will place these names near the altar, where they will be honored in our daily Masses through the month of November. This tradition is a cherished way to keep their memory alive and to affirm our hope in the promise of eternal life. You may find All Souls Envelopes in the main entrances of the church. 4. In remembrance of our faithful departed, a Community Mass for the Commemoration of All Souls will be celebrated on Monday, November 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. in the Outdoor Sanctuary. This celebration will include a special prayer service honoring the memory of our loved ones who have gone before us. Families are invited to bring a white cross (no more than 3 feet in height), inscribed with the names of their deceased family members. Crosses may be brought to the soccer field adjacent to the Outdoor Sanctuary on Monday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., prior to the celebration of Mass.

1. Los sobres de “Fieles Difuntos” ya están disponibles. Ya nos acercamos al día en que como comunidad, recordamos a todos los que se nos han adelantado; nuestros fieles difuntos. Tome un sobre y escriba los nombres de las personas que le gustaría que fueran recordados en las celebraciones de las Misas del mes de Noviembre. 2. Ya están disponibles las solicitudes para el programa Árbol de Ángeles (Angel Tree) para las familias necesitadas durante esta temporada de Adviento. Las aplicaciones se pueden encontrar en la oficina parroquial y se recibirán hasta el 30 de octubre. Este programa es organizado por la Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl. 3. En memoria de nuestros fieles difuntos, se celebrará una Misa Comunitaria por la Conmemoración de los Fieles Difuntos el lunes 2 de noviembre a las 7:00 p.m. en el Santuario al Aire Libre. Como parte de esta celebración, tendremos un servicio de oración especial en honor a nuestros seres queridos que han partido a la Casa del Padre. Se invita a las familias a traer una cruz blanca (de no más de 3 pies de altura), con los nombres de sus difuntos. Las cruces podrán ser llevadas al campo de fútbol, junto al Santuario al Aire Libre, el lunes, entre las 3:00 p.m. y las 6:00 p.m., antes del inicio de la Misa.
