1. Our festival is only 2 weeks away! Have you bought your mega draw tickets yet? We'll be drawing our 2nd early bird winner after the 7:00 mass this Sunday! Stop by the tables after mass, get your tickets, and support our church. You could be our lucky winner this week! 2. If you have been searching for a ministry to belong to, would you consider becoming a companion on the journey for one of our OCIA participants?This year, we have 35 catechumens, candidates, and Confirmandi enrolled in our classes, and we need your help! You don’t need to be a Catholic theology expert—just a faith-filled parishioner willing to share your Catholic faith and life with someone who has answered God’s call to join our community. If you are a fully initiated Catholic, Baptized and Confirmed, actively participating in the Eucharist, and at least 18 years old, please contact Deacon Wayne to learn how you can become an OCIA Sponsor. God may be calling you to walk with someone on their journey of faith! 3. Our Creation Care Ministry will hold its monthly recycling fundraiser next Saturday September 19th from 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the church parking lot. Please bring your CRV plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and glass beverage bottles of all types. Your support benefits our parish and our planet. Outreach a joint Ministry of St. Francis & St. Thomas More, is a spirituality group for LGBTQ-plus persons, family members & friends will have their monthly meeting on September 20th from 6:30pm to 8pm. We are excited to announce the launch of our new Catholic Moms Ministry.We invite mothers of young children to join us to grow in faith and community. 1. ¡Nuestro festival está a solo 2 semanas! ¿Ya compraron sus boletos para el mega sorteo? Este domingo, después de la misa de las 7:00 pm, estaremos sorteando a nuestro segundo ganador del Early Bird! Pasen por las mesas después de misa, compren sus boletos y apoyen a nuestra iglesia. ¡Podrían ser nuestros afortunados ganadores esta semana! ¡Mucha suerte! 2. El Grupo de Oración de la parroquia de San Francisco de Asís les hace una cordial invitación para que nos acompañen a la celebración de la Misa Carismática, que se llevará a cabo el miércoles 16 de septiembre a las 7:00 pm. La celebración será dentro de la iglesia. ¡Todos son bienvenidos! 3. Nuestro Ministerio de Cuidado de la Creación llevará a cabo su colecta mensual de reciclaje el próximo sábado 19 de septiembre, de 8:00 a. m. a 11:00 a. m., en el estacionamiento de la iglesia. Por favor, traigan sus botellas de plástico CRV, latas de aluminio y botellas de vidrio de bebidas de todo tipo. Su apoyo beneficia a nuestra parroquia y a nuestro planeta.
